Scope

This notice describes how TruckTA LLC (“TruckTA”, “we”, “us”) handles information in connection with this website and with email or phone correspondence initiated through the contact details published here.

Information this website collects

None. This site is a set of static pages. It does not use cookies, local storage, session storage, analytics, tracking pixels, advertising or marketing tags, embedded video, maps, chat widgets, or third-party scripts of any kind. There is no contact form, no login, and no database.

As with any website, our hosting provider processes standard technical request data (such as IP address and user agent) in order to deliver pages and protect the service against abuse. We do not use that data to build profiles and we do not combine it with any other information.

Information you send us directly

If you email or call us, we receive the information you choose to provide — typically your name, email address or phone number, your company, and the content of your message.

How we use it

• To reply to your question and follow up on that conversation.
• To keep a record of business correspondence.
• To honor and document opt-out requests.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent your contact information.
• We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

Email opt-out

Retention

We keep correspondence only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, for ordinary business record-keeping, or to meet a legal obligation. Suppression records are kept for as long as we operate outreach, so that an opt-out stays effective.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, or to object to a particular use. Security

This site is served over HTTPS. Correspondence is held in access-controlled business email. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the limited information involved.

Children

This site and our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

If we change this notice we will update the “last updated” date at the top of this page.
